Toyota Vios 1.5e

Recently i met accident.
I am very disappointed with Toyota because their promise is fake.
Air bag dysfunction.
My head Injured (God Blessed).
I sent email to Toyota and they respond to me that investigation must be carry on to know the result. I dont understand why they can suggest to run the investigation by their own technician. I disagree because i think survey and examination must be organise by Independent Expert.
One more thing i dont understand, what else investigation needed to show airbag failure. Photo captured by the Police and Puspakom show that the air bag really dysfunction, Dont tell me that we must knock the senso then the air bag will come out (deploy). Unreasonable. No people will buy Toyota car if this case. I try to contact Toyota Worldwide and so regret that they dont have any link or way for me to express my complaints. Worst than ever. Toyota, Prestige company??? No idea. YOU JUDGE IT.
